Past Perfect Tense in Hindi [with example]

इस article में हम Past perfect tense in hindi के बारे में जानेंगे। हम जानेंगे कि past perfect tense की पहचान क्या है, उसका structure क्या है और उसके उदाहरण क्या क्या है?

Past Perfect Tense in Hindi –

जिस वाक्य के अंत में चुका था, चुकी थी, चुके थे अथवा या था, ये थे और ई थी आए, वह past perfect tense कहलाता है। जैसे – राम के आने से पहले मैं स्कूल जा चुका था। (I had gone to school before Ram came.)

Affirmative forms –

Past perfect tense के affirmative sentences में heling verb ‘had’ के साथ verb की 3rd form का प्रयोग किया जाता है। 

Structure –

Subject + had + Verb III + Object

Example –

I had gone to school before Ram came.	मैं राम के आने से पहले स्कूल चुका था।
He had gone to school before Ram came.	वह राम के आने से पहले स्कूल चुका था।
She had gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले वह स्कूल चुकी थी।
We had gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले हम स्कूल चुके थे।
You had gone to school before Ram came.	आप राम के आने से पहले स्कूल चुके थे।
They had gone to school before Ram came.	वे राम के आने से पहले स्कूल चुके थे।

Negative forms –

Past perfect tense के negative sentences में helping verb ‘had’ के बाद not का प्रयोग किया जाता है। 

Structure –

Subject + had + not + Verb III + Object

Example –

I had not gone to school before Ram came.	मैं राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गया था।
He had not gone to school before Ram came.	वह राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गया था।
She had not gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले वह स्कूल नहीं गई थी।
We had not gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले हम स्कूल नहीं गए थे।
You had not gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले आप स्कूल नहीं गए थे।
They had not gone to school before Ram came.	राम के आने से पहले वे स्कूल नहीं गए थे।

Interrogative forms –

Past perfect tense के interrogative sentences में helping verb ‘had’ का प्रयोग subject के पहले और subject के बाद में verb की 3rd form का use किया जाता है। 

Structure –

Had + Subject + Verb III + Object + before + Past Indefinite?

Example –

Had I gone to school before Ram came?	क्या मैं राम के आने से पहले स्कूल गया था?
Had he gone to school before Ram came?	क्या वह राम के आने से पहले स्कूल गया था?
Had she gone to school before Ram came?	क्या राम आने से पहले वह स्कूल गई थी?
Had we gone to school before Ram came?	क्या हम राम के आने से पहले स्कूल गए थे?
Had you gone to school before Ram came?	क्या आप राम के आने से पहले स्कूल गए थे?
Had they gone to school before Ram came?	क्या राम के आने से पहले वे स्कूल गए थे?

Interrogative negative forms –

Past perfect tense के interrogative negative sentences में helping verb ‘had/have’ का प्रयोग subject के पहले और ‘not’ का प्रयोग verb की 3rd form के पहले किया जाता है। 

Structure –

Had + Subject + not + Verb III + Object + before + Past Indefinite?

Example –

Had I not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या मैं राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गया था?
Had he not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या वह राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गया था?
Had she not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या राम के आने से पहले वह स्कूल नहीं गई थी?
Had we not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या हम राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गए थे?
Had you not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या आप राम के आने से पहले स्कूल नहीं गए थे?
Had they not gone to school before Ram came?	क्या राम के आने से पहले वे स्कूल नहीं गए थे?
